My salsa recipe is really simple
1) 6-8 roma tomatoes chopped into larger chunks (or however many you need)
2) chopped cilantro (koriander) to taste (start with 1/4 cup and then add from there)
3) 1 medium sized onion chopped into big pieces
4) about 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, depending how much you like garlic
5) .5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (like the kind you put on pizza) You can cut this out or add more depending on how spicy you want it to be (evt. frisk chili)
6) juice of 1 small lime
7) blend all in blender to the consistency you want. I usually like it sort of in between chunky and fine
8 ) salt and pepper to taste
You can add mango to the salsa if you want
♣ Super yummi!! Jeg blandet litt av salsaen med en finhakket mango, pluss litt økologisk mango salsa/saus som jeg kjøpte i Mexico (bare mango går også bra), og fikk to kjempegode salsaer som jeg hadde til enchiladas! Nå smaker ikke salsaen på butikken noe særlig lenger…
